We have exciting news to share about Authors A.I. and it couldn’t come at a better time.
We’re within weeks, if not days, of launch, and right now we’re going through the last stages including final testing. So imagine how delighted we were when we got word that Authors A.I. was named one of the finalists chosen in a talented field competing for a $50,000 top prize.
The contest is the first annual venture competition run by Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Our tech startup was selected by the judges on the basis of a business model that “puts artificial intelligence into the hands of published and aspiring authors. This venture helps fellow authors modernize their self-editing process so they can more easily write books that find large readerships.”
All of the 14 ventures will compete for a share of the $50,000 in prize money, plus access to experienced entrepreneurs, investors, mentors and business network resources.
We’re excited that we also get “additional coaching and support to help … prepare for the competition” from Blackstone LaunchPad at MSU.
We’re blown away that our core mission, of helping authors write great books that readers love, is already being recognized as a valuable service. The entire team is now heads down getting ready for our public launch, which will be coming up before you know it . . .
